At The Royal Kurtaka, we take pride in delivering premium-quality ethnic wear. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

  1. Returns
    You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
    The product must be:
    Unused, unworn, and unwashed
    In original condition with all tags intact
    Packed in the original packaging
    Returns will not be accepted for:
    Used or damaged products
    Items without original tags
    Customized or altered products
  2. Refunds
    Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status.
    If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
    The amount will be credited to:
    Original payment method, or
    Store wallet (if applicable)
  3. Exchange Policy
    Exchanges are allowed only for:
    Size issues
    Defective or damaged products
    Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  4. Damaged or Incorrect Product
    If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:
    Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
    Share clear photos/videos as proof
    We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
  5. Return Shipping
    If the return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged product), we will bear the shipping cost.
    For other returns, the customer may need to bear the return shipping charges.
